e girls had an outing today. missing ritchell n joy here though. them busygirls had to settle schwork so couldnt join us. shopping took hours (n it was at e same shop *smackshead*) but it was a fruitful trip i must say. haha :) photostickers as usual!

sch has been more hapz (new slang i realise) since e beginning of tutorials. esp since we lazygirls decide to rejoin our favourite cca once again. judo! partnering sharon has left me w bruises and many hilarious moments. we laugh at e silliest things at training. n we've been busy at lunch everyday trying to meet up w so many different pp (e same lovely ones most of e time though) its a good start :)

we were supposed to have tutorial this morning at 10. we had to climb so many stairs lugging our exceptionally heavy bags ( hardworking us decided to do readings today) there're so many fat txbks this sem la. i think my shoulders will be pretty strong by e end of this sem. haha. anywayy back to e tutorial. we pulled n pulled at e door wondering why it wouldnt budge (?!) suspected wrong classroom so went downstairs to ask e nxt class (e whole class was staring at us) realised it was e correct classroom AFTERALL n went back up (all this while w e gimongous bags) started knocking on e door den this old man came out after e longest time n said there shldnt b tutorial coz if not e door wont b locked. so we went to chk AND I CANT BELIEVE IT. tutorial starts on week5. damnn i could have stayed home today *smackshead*

so now we (being v studious. or rather trying to be) are at e library. n sharon is slping right now. not surprising hahaa. we've been slping so much in sch e past few days. must b e slp-inducing air in sch. hmm since we have e whole day here today mayb we'll b more productive than yesterday :)

im glad everything is back to normal! just like old times. it just took a little bit of effort n lots of trust. we're backk! more happydays to comee :)

Happygirl87 got a free ride home from her coach, Mr Tan after training today! The perks of staying in Thomson HAHAHA :D Today was damn fun even though i had to wake up at an ungodly hour of 6am just for an intro tutorial on cnm at 8! The craziness of it all!

My timetable for today:
6am: wake up

6.30: left the house

7.15: on the bus and this big fat old and hairy indian came and sat next to me. oh very bad, he blocked my wind from the window and i cldn't breathe all the way into NUS coz thats where he stopped too.

7.30: reached school and waited for elaine for 20 mins. stoned at forum for the entire 20 mins.

7.50: elaine reached. scolded elaine for coming 20 mins late. told her abt indian guy which send the both of us laughing all the way to tutorial.

8: tutorial was boring. found out half the class from China, Vietnam

9: form group members and i have a kamgong grp member who is really the king of kamgongers i've ever met in my life.

9.15: ate bak chor mee again, practically gobbled it up.

10:kian boon joined us at the table and we stoned together.

11:bingde joined us at the table and we talked a bit tho not freely due to circumstances.

12: chonghan was suppose to meet us but had a proj meeting so pangsehh.... but khercheng came and erm ya, we ended up eating with bingxiu and tom. and haha the 2 of them are damn funny! their necks didnt stop craning throughout their entire time, totally checking out on girls!!!! *sigh, they are h-o-p-e-l-e-s-s*

1:kynneth joined us for a while.. met some friends in the arts canteen.. including ritchell :):):)
saw my fish freshie and was laughing at her expense... i know i'm evil!! i'm really sorry!!!cant help it!!! and erm ya, i think because of kynneth and khercheng, evelyn and selina came over and tho we didnt know them, we talked abit coz anyway all of us came from camp tho diff house and stuff but ya essentially camp. and i have no idea how selina knew me. though me and elaine have seen evelyn ard coz she was from CJC as well.. so ya, is that called more acquantainces made?

1.15: met huishi with kynneth. and we went to the forum and i ended up buying this spongebob squarepants monopoly with cost only $12!!!!!!!DAMN CUTE!!! Alicia bought the Princess one! hahahaha the things the 2 of us buy man!

2: SS lecture... we(me and elaine) were surrounded by huishi is spirit. in front of us were her FS friends, nxt to us was Jensen and his friends. Anyway, we had a good laugh at Jared's hair.

4. Lecture ended. ate again with huishi with much laughter HAHAHAHA and Leon tan, huishi's friend joined us later. He brought us much laughter too not with his lame jokes but the absurdity of his lame jokes.

6. went for judo. JUDO was a laugh as well. i think me and elaine can gets abs just from laughing at judo. we laughed at the stupidest things and i dunno wat. we laugh at anything and everything at judo today. i think we might have irritated sir a bit but then he seemed fine to us coz he still joked with us and stuff. :)

9. judo over. elaine got a ride to jurong east mrt from sir and i got a ride back home from Mr Tan!!!! wahahahahaha...... no need to squeeze on the bus, no need to share seat with old indians( i'm sorry if i appear racist), no need to wait for the bus, no need to change bus, no need to stand on the bus. went to have a bit of a supper with guanhong, yilin and Mr Tan at Toa Payoh's Long John's.. Guanhong and yilin left from there but Mr. Tan drove me back home lehs!! so nice hor... :D:D Happygirl87 :)

heyy all u lovely pp!
ive been busy at e hospital e past few days accompanying my dear mum (hence my mia_ness). shes fine alr! back home n recovering in progress. thankyouu all who asked n showed concern. i really appreciate it :)

my mum was warded at e maternity ward due to e lack of beds elsewhere. so i got to see many adorable newborns! their tiny noses+mouths+hands+feet amused me. it got my dad talking abt me when i was born. my mum said i was longer than e other babies. i wonder where all tt length went. haha.

we took e first step in repairing e drift. some difficulties but we'll b good as usual soon :)

Planned
Part 1:
1. euming and i will breakfall at the same time
2. cheryl will crouch down at one end of the mat and i will jump over her and crouch beside her
3.this will continue until connor jumps over 5 of us.
4. we form a pyramid and euming jumps over (3 at the bottom, 2 on top and me at the highest)
5. connor will jump over a chair and after jumping he will go the chair and sit
6. euming jumps over connor sitting on the chair

Part 2:
Skit made up by euming to demonstrate judo throws to the audience :
a couple (me and connor) will be quarreling outside their house. 3 guys will come up and ask what is happening and connor, pissed at being interrupted will throw them one by one. While he's throwing and in between the breaks of the throws, i will be scolding him like mad nonstop. according to wei cheng, its non-stop stage bantering. after a while, one of the guy will punch him and i will throw that guy coz he bullied my "husband" and ya we leave the stage after executing a few throws together.

What happened
Part 1:
1. euming and mine went on fine..

2. cheryl didnt know when to stop at the mats to crouch so she ending up walking from one end of the stage to the other end of the stage looking damn blur with her hands put out in a awkward way--> audience laughed like mad

3.when the 4 of us were crouching beside each other already in a straigt line, we had to adjust ourselves so that connor had space to land on the mat, so we move as we crouch and u can imagine what it look liked if u're the audience--> audience burst out laughing again

4.the people below me arrange themselves such that their heads were facing the audience, naturally they would expect me to face them as well, but according to renjun she wanted to balance the slant, so my BUTT had to face the audience.. can u imagine me climbing with my back facing the audience and finally crouching with my BUTT at the top of the pyramid???--> audience laughed like mad AGAIN!!! at my butt's expense!

5. after connor jumped over the chair, he went to sit on it and it was funny because out of the whole stage, thats all the audience saw.. him with a very serious face going to sit on a chair and doing NOTHING!--> audience laughter striked again!

6. euming executed it prefectly.

Part 2:
they kept laughing at me scolding connor and may i add the UCC was tiny so everyone could hear what i was saying.... laughing at my expense! right till the time we(me and connor) exited coz after whole fight scene connor went," that takes care of them" and i went," ya and u STIlL BETTER BUY ME SUPPER!" coz i was scolding him abt coming back late, all that nonsense, not taking care of the house, i haven eat my dinner and there he is having fun with his khaki's outside till so late.

2 bowls of bak chor me [guo tiao, dry, no chilli, no ketchup, more vinegar!], 1 glass of Horlicks peng = SHIOK!!!

met khercheng after judo coz he was studying in the library and yea we went back together :) Met tommy and his friend,shawn, both lifeguards at the busstop too! then came Joshua and Soon Leong.. haha, Tommy and his friend left on Bus 95 which was damn crowded ! surprisingly all the buses are super super super crowded at like night.. they missed a couple of buses before they found one they could squeeze in! madness!!!! thank god Bus 151 was pretty ok, at least i got seats.. its damn tiring after judo if u didnt know that :)

Anyway, me, kher cheng, joshua and soon leong were talking on the bus and yea joshua and soon leong are nice guys man.. haha and funny too :D Kher Cheng and i were complaining that we were damn hungry so decided to drop at adam roads hawker to eat supper.

kher cheng: eh soon leong want to join us or not, u hungry also right?
soon leong: wa lau.. supper? i haven even eat dinner!!!

haha damn funny coz he kept repeating that on the bus ride! but the poor guy lived so far.. ALJUNIED!! madness so ya understandable!! haha :)

Found out why Cheryl keep saying Joshua was a nice guy coz he really is! haha he dropped off the bus with me and kher cheng coz he had to rush to serene centre to pick something up, and since it was so late i was thinking it shud be very important not to mention the fact that he stays at river valley. but 15 mins later at the hawker where we met him for supper, he came back with this handphone look-a-like pouch only which i totally didn't notice!!!

me: eh what did u go pick up?, u dont seem to be carrying anything.
joshua: erm this pouch lor [which incidentally was damn small]

anyway, had a fun night with friends :)

Moving on.... Rajoo BBq chalet on 26th July! :) we rediscovered childhood in the kids indoor playground! elaine and i were busy throwing those colourful balls ar each other. 10 points if u hit elaine's head! 50 pts if u aim for her nose! btw, elaine's head makes a rather hollow sound when u throw a ball at her head. hahaha :D

haha.. wore all red la.. dunno why.. didnt even plan it.. cant help it, its R house chalet so must wear RED!! :D i look like shit here btw. haha but then again, i always do esp during camps.
ah...... national day celebrations fireworks!!! haha.. didnt plan to watch it actually but after spending some time with my family for lunch, met kher cheng to buy stuff for the house. as u know, there was a national day break in between oweek camp, so we went out to look for stuff to buy for the house. i ended up spending about $50 for my own OG inclusing ferrer rocher chocs, blue styrofoam-sponge like sailboats (for me to write msgd to my freshies), pirate balloons for my councillors!! haha.. damn hard to fit the choc into the balloons la, had to ask my bro for help! anyway, after shopping went to marina to pass elaine her share of balloons! she had no time to shop for her og, so i helped her! :) arent u happy u have me elaine!!!! and well it just so happen that 8 o clock was arriving, so we went downstairs to catch the fireworks!! WHEEEEE!!!!

i realised i did blog abt raisins during the break on sunday in the middle of oweek!!! haha anyway, here are more pics of them!!! they were quite bored while waiting for mass games to start which btw never materialise due to stupid NUS management. bloody hell, which field wont get wet la u tell me! anyway, to keep them from dying of boredom, haha took some photos of them to keep them happy :) haha i made them take photos starting from one finger all the way to 11 fingers!! haha..(if u get what i mean) anyway, they had fun and i think te nicest photo they took was the one with 9 fingers!! haha all of them look like Guan Yin Ma!!! (not the guan yin ma in 881 btw, the real one)

as usual, the OGLs and house ic were sabotaged by red paint all thanks to khercheng!! haha.. euming happily put red measles on the face and had a good time laughing at my expense!!! thanks ar euming!!! haha.. alicia was hunted down and they just splayed as much red paint as they could on to her face!!! hahaha madnessss!!! but then thats what camp is all about!!! :D Chonghan looks damn funny.. haha too bad once he started sweating, all the paint was washed off his face!!!! hehehe...

all in all, i think i had rather fulfilling camps during the hols and i definitely made more friends. Even friends whom i didnt think was close to me supported me and showed the concern for me!!! haha thanks guys!!! thanks to Elaine, my dearest dearest twin, Ritchell a really good friend who can help u identify what u're feeling in words (coz half the time i cant identify it), Joy who's always there to listen and advice, Bingde for reassurance and supporting me all the way, Chonghan for giving his 2 cents worth, and lastly to Honghui for always being there for me whether or not i'm in camp(i think i gained a AOGL for life) and giving me his point of view very realistically! :) oh yes, Kynneth was there to entertain me and elaine whenever we're bored!! haha anyway, thanks guys!!! :D i dunno what else to say because u all have my gratitude!

all i can say is, i'm grateful i joined camp for if i did not, i wouldnt have made such good friends :) with the exception of elaine because i already knew her since J1. but i'm still grateful to her all the same :)

e twins went for arts bash @ dxo yesterday. e most xciting part of e night was supper after we left e club. haha. supper was at hk cafe at marina! e custard buns rock :)

the Raiko pple for one, i think i got to know them a lot better through oweek, at least more than arts camp itself! and i think they're a super entertaining bunch of people. haha.. e.g. dinner with them during ray's birthday celebration haha was certainly entertaining! pingqi and jasmine were damn funny as were zhixiong, zhengyi, vincent, honghui and ray! hahaha... to the raiko pple, even though i may not seem like a very nice person to you guys, ultimately i think u guys are great :) sorry if i always seem grumpy and pissed, i was troubled. haha.. forgive me!!!! :D:D

i must dedicate a paragraph to honghui mans!! haha he's my very abled and capable AOGL of Reizins!!! :) not only did he always help me lead in cheering, leading the freshies to different destinations, helping me gather them like sheeps, escorting some of them here and there, helping them to refill water bottles, take things etc etc etc, he also took care of ME!!!! hahaha... he made sure i ate my meals coz 90% of the time i didnt want to eat, made sure i drank water... always there when i needed him! honghui!!! u rock dude!!! i cant express enough gratitude to you man! :)

also, my freshies were great too!! they were all damn on during games and stuff and i really appreciate most of them for coming back almost everyday during oweek!!! :)

I think camps brings out the most emotions in people and i think i get too emo during camps esp this year's oweek. many things happen and i think i take them too seriously already.. elaine said, " i should just let it go" i think its true :) what will come will come, i cant stop it :)

so right now, i made a resolution: i'm going to stay as happy as i can, do the best in whatever i do, take things in my stride and to keep an open mind to everything.

Exam Fever!

exmas coming in 2 days time! i practically holed myself in my room the entire day. haha..i hoped that all that i have read on foundation of nursing better be in my brain right now...or else i'll prob have to resort to burning the entire book and drink it=) haha.met winnie on sunday and i finally have my hands on HArry Potter! i couldnt resist reading it today!( but i read it only when i was taking breaks! sorry winnie i couldnt stop myself..)

Time sure files...soon my exams will be over and my attachment will be starting! kinda excited and apprehensive...what if i cant take the stress of thye clinical environment..but what the heck, i have already waited for so long. I dont think it matters to me. lolz. need to go mug already...meet up with sharon and elaine soon!

oweek is finally over! n i have to say tt i quite enjoyed it. enjoyed it bcoz of all e new pp i got to know n all e old frens tt i got to know even better :) pp like chonghan, kerching, euming, alicia, colin, shahmir, honghui, bingde etcetc. n not forgetting raiko n my very own RUM :) all of u really made my oweek so thankyou all so much!

to be honest, i wasnt quite sure i could handle this ogl thing at first. my lack of confidence held me back. i wasnt sure i could b all rara n mad like all e other great ogls ive seen. but im glad i decided to do it afterall. i decided tt we all lead differently. n kerching was right. our ogs really do reflect wat e ogls themselves are like. n i really did have fun trying hard to make sure e freshies n councillors had their fun too :) i kinda enjoyed leading e freshies more than being a freshie who simply followed. its a totally different experience n demands more frm u. but tts where all e memories come in. n definitely where u make better frens :)

today we went for mask fitting so in event of mass epidemic outbrk like sars we know what size to wear. haha. it was quite fun. first, we had to spray a type of ordourless chemical that can test if our mask is leak-proof and suitable for our face. there's 2 types of mask the hospital use-3m and dragko(or something..either 2 masks make us look like we got a duck beak!). the ordourless chemical thingy is supposed to have a bitter taste if our mask can fit properly..haha...the chinese diet of eating bitter gourd has come into use. i gotta thank my mum for forcing me to eat bitter gourd cos after that the bitter taste is nth! haha...my friends they all were running to the toilets to rinse their mouth after they taste the chemical.

anyways i could only fit into the 3m mask...face to small..lol...but wearing the mask is horrible. it's moist cos of our breathe,warm and the strap are kinda uncomfortable after a while. haha. but it was kinda cool. ha ha

yea!finalli i blogged! okays..updates

1) i got a new com. the old one died so that's why for the longest of time i couldnt blog though then again i seldom blog. anws, the new com doesnt haf microsoft office making it useless for doing project work at the moment. getting this new com gave me a headache and once again it almost broke my family apart. haiz..pple who have read my post before knows why.

2) exams are coming. starting on 14 august. haiz..i hope can get A's...but seeing the amount of studying i am doing rite nw...i nid divine intervention.

3) i got my nursing attachment uniforms! yea! cant wait for my attachment! i hope i dun accidentally kill any patients there

4) i am thinking of getting a laptop so incase this com died or wat...I DONT CARE! haz! n oso i wun have any excuses of not being online.

5) went to velvet dragon(ex momo) ytd. i gt a free pass i can use if i went in before 11pm. but sadly i still HAD to pay...y?
thanks to all the bananas taxi drivers i met. i reach clarke quay at 10.40 pm, giving me ample time to falg a taxi to go VD...so hence i wait n wait n gt rejected by countless taxi drivers who refuesed to send me there. hello? although its a short dist but still gt money to make rite?????so by the time i waited n walked there, it was 11.10. so pay 15bucks.
nvm....once we went in, it was like..'eh y so empty ar'. sat there drank n we left. after tt we went to minds cafe to play boardgames. it was so much fun-ner than VD.
