3 lovely pp came to surprise me at work today! made me so happyy :) they made me realise how much i missed at e campfire yesterday night. i wish i could split myself n be at 2 places at once..! it sounded like e good ole days back at training camp where we get to sing those corny npcc songs n watch lame skits. haha. but nvm i enjoyed myself at rumpa bbq tooo :)anyway, we went for dinner together at wang jiao during my break time!
steamed custard buns :) real delicious stuff! tts alot coming frm a person who doesnt like buns n breads. best taken hot!
e mango shaved ice was damnnn shiok! but we were all freezing n teeth chattering after tt. i couldnt even speak properly after eating.

cat n shihui. shihui has natural reindeer looks. u can tell by her red nose. haha!
i like taking photos w shihui. coz my head always manages to look smaller beside hers. haha. n i realised somethign today. i cant do dou-ji-yan! (translate: cocked-eyes) i had such a hard time holding my eyes there i was getting a headache. n it still didnt look like dou-ji-yan in e end. wat a waste of my efforts. ahahaa.
anyway i was really happy tt they came to visit me! i love it when pp come to visit. u have no idea how bored i am there. so feel free to visit meeeee :)

elaine and gang went to help out with buying bbq food for RummmmmmmmPA's BBQ on thursday evening!!!! elaine and gang included elaine and sharon.fullstop. it was quite a tiring day because we(elaine and me) walked alot that day. First up, we went to army market to look for whistles and lanyards for Raiko's councillors for arts camp. we found red whistles!!! so exciting lalalalalalala!!!! but we couldnt find nice lanyards or lanyards for any matter... but its ok!! we heard the organizing committee is gonna sell us lanyards for each house! :D i hope its cheap and nice and durable. we also went to concourse to look and see what we can find and ended up buying 2 fans for ourselves for arts camp! (now i cant seem to find mine but i think i dropped in joy's car but i'm not sure.. darn it) got some utensils for the bbq at concourse too.. we thot it would be cheaper, hence. :)

reached the bbq pit quite early and waited a long time for the rest to come up.. soon they came in trickles.... me, elaine and ulric wanted to cycle while waiting for more pple to come so we walked a long long long way before we finally found a bicycle rental stall.. :) we had fun cycling for a while before looking for food :)
happily feasting on very honey-ed chicken wings! :)
Joy joined us not long after and we started scavenging for food that was cooked. chonghan was supposedly our servant that day but then, he passed that job on probably immediately when euming came. my guess though but i think its a pretty good guess! ahaha :) lots of chatting and laughing about at the beach with elaine, joy, ulric and vincent while the rest were congregating by the pit. :D while sitting on the beach, elaine spotted a crab!!! and it rushed into the sea before all of us could take a closer look but i still thought it fascinating :) oh yes!!! elaine n i saw a snake swimming in a canal near lavendar while on our way to parkway parade!!! we thot it was quite cool :)

e girls went to sentosa on wed! (read: ritchell joy sharon & me) n we had lotsss of fun there :) we finally got to have our picnic! after like how many months of planning laa. hahaa. breakfast at coastes and den we proceeded to spread our mats...right in front of e bar. coz u had to pay to use e sunbeds and we brokegirls cannot afford it. thriftiness is a virtue!
joy brought ginger :) we were busy saving e drowning dog (although ginger was really a swimming dog) she was shivering n clinging to joy for dear life hahaa. joy decided to find some other means to keep ginger afloat.
i was trying to make ginger do e superman pose. but she was too busy shivering to be spontaneous. hahaa. e float reminded me of journey to e west. sun wu kong had to ride a giant sea turtle to get to shore too!
poor ginger got tied to e sunbed while we girls went out to play in e sea. we were taking turns on e giant sea turtle, busy being superwoman n trying to fly out of e water :) im so glad joy n ritchell drove! coz my tired legs wouldnt have carried me all e way to ikea for meatballs otherwise. hahaa. but joy had to drive ginger back. we missed u joy! look we even saved a seat for u.
some imagination is required here. :)
it was such a happy day we couldnt stop smiling. n i especially love e new happy face tt we incorporated into so many of our photos. this is THE new happyface! credits to ritchell :)
dont worry smuiiishi we'll go again after ure back! n to K n watever else tt we've been planning to do for so long. but after nxt week's arts camp! :)

Having not club for a long time, the 3 of us(PPG) went to St James Power Station with WINNIE!!!! :D:D winnie didn't club for like 1 and 1/2 years!! madness!!and to think i thought i haven club for ages (half a year only).. haha, all of us wore turqoise and blue together and wanted to take photo but conveniently forgot when we got back. We checked ourselves in at Powerhouse and the music there was really baaaaaaaddddddd.. i don't even think it was music. couldnt get high due to lack of alcohol as guys werent there to pay for us!! ahaha...
checked out other rooms at st james and we saw jeff wang with his friends.. haha wearing a cap trying to hide his face, but as he was taller than us as he walked past us, i could see his face.. :D, patricia mok was there too, she swiftly walked pass us at the bellini room (dubbed the pick-up room by us) and i found out she's not that tall after all, just stick thin. Elaine guess that the room playing spanish songs is called the Movida room and we thought it was quite cool with all the spanish songs and dancers.. just that it was tad too crowded and we felt like midgets there as it was filled with caucasions...might i add i thought some of the guys looked quite cute to me. :D:D
St James couldnt make us high and we decided to watch a late night movie at cine!! we were lucky enuff to catch the 2.15 am fantastic 4 show at the cathay and we bought lots of munchies to eat while watching!!! haha elaine and i shared 2 boxes of wedges and 2 boxes of nuggets.. xiaomi and winnie shared a _____ of popcorn ( i dunno whats the term) and 1 box of wedges.... it was heaven.. oh and we watched fantastic 4 in the Grand Cathay room which looked more like a theatre to me ahahaha.. but it was really nice and comfy :)
No pics for you coz we didnt take any!!! firstly, we didnt want to lug a camera ard when we go clubbing, and by the time we came back, we were dead tired to even think of taking pics...at least me and elaine wanted to knock out alr. :D nxt time guys!!! :D

Long time since i last blogged coz i went to hongkong and precamp! which lasted about one week and because before that nothing exciting was happening in my life unless u count visiting elaine at the fish shop regularly. :) no offense to the fish shop or the nemos there!
Hongkong was fun and TIRING! the amount of walking we did when we were there was just madness. ahaha i must say the things are more or less the same price as singapore except their movie tickets! which cost like S$15 on a friday night and S$8 for a combo(a small popcorn and small drink)madness! My brother wasnted to watch a movie on the very last night there hence the knowledge of their exorbitant cinema tix and food. Lots of shopping to be done there but as we didnt have much time i didnt really buy nething la. only 1 tshirt, 2 pair of shoes and a few small things which wasnt much.
Mongkok was filled with shoes for people to buy.. the amount of sport shoes, sport wear, sneakers just filled one of the streets. lots of smog in hongkong and i was so pleased to step out of singapore airport the minute we touched down and breathed the fine, clean air :)
Precamp was filled with fun too and i think my dog was angry with me. Came back from Hongkong for 1 day and i had to leave the nxt day for precamp :( as elaine mentioned, lots of games were played and lots of feedback to the O-com as well for freshies fun and laughter :) i think i shant divulge much game here in case any soon to be freshies who are joining arts camp may come upon this.
the kok who whammed my head.I got a damn big Balaku on my noggin thanks to chong han(our House IC again this year) :):):) The other councillors are all very friendly people and definitely funny and nice to be with except for 1 exception that ritchell cant stand. I'm in red house again! haha of course with elaine, joy, ritchell, ulric and huishi( who is in thailand having the time of her life there) all of us are also in the same OG(orientation group) this year. our House is called Rumpa & Rumba as for OG names, they have not decided and i hope its nice. anyway, we get to discuss it together online :)

It would be exactly one year since we knew each other at arts camp!:D
My heart is bursting with happiness right now :)can't wait for the BBQ with Rumpa nxt week.

arts precamp is over. 5 whole days of activities packed into 2 days. wah can die. hahaha. 2 whole fun packed days (even though us who are getting older were complaining abt aching limbs) got to know many familiar faces better. R house rocks! i like e old cosy feeling of coming back to R house :) us 5 rumbo-ians made it (missing u here smuishiii) and we're gg to be in e same og! yayyy :)
e sun been real bright these 2 days. sharon ulric and joy have turned pink frm e sunburn. i just look like faye wong now(read: pink stretch frm cheek to cheek right across e nose). n ritchell remained pretty much e same colour (since she alr reached e maximum shade a looong time ago!)
its nearly been one yr since we met each other! 1st yr anniversary coming up on e 26thjune. n we alr made celebration plans. n smuiishi for ur own safety u better make sure u bring presents back..coz smaron n smoy were like "she BETTER remember to bring present back!" HAHA. warn u beforehand so be prepared!
drained frm e past 2 days. i think i need to slp alr. more nxt time!

yes! i have just gotten rid of my last test for this wk!!!! n after this week, it's 2 weeks of heaven baby! to add to my break, Derek's going to have POP on Tuesday and it's followed by 12 days of break for him too! i think he'll be having a "meeting-michelle-too-much" sickness soon. hahas...as if i care=p
just had sociology test today.it was held at an un-earthly 6pm when my last lesson ended at 3pm. tomorrow's worst. i have a 5 hrs break in between. gosh. who planned the timetable huh. Baaaaaad timing! dont think i'll get an a for socio alr. super sad. den i did a very embarrassing thing during test today. my class laughed at me. hais...u see,everytime when i m taking any test or exam in an air-conditioned room,i never fail to get runny nose..must be too stressed or something. sooo..i did not expect the lecture hall to be THAT cold. and halfway through the paper,i was busy sniffing up what was trying to flow out(disgusting huh...but i was desperate). towards the end when around 3 mins to the end of the paper, i was going crazy already. the flow couldnt stop and i had to raise my hand for permission for tissue. but the deaf lecturers coulnt hear me so i had to sorta shout to her. my goodness...everybody looked at me can....so throw face! after the paper,my class was laughing at me for shouting at the lecturer...what to do...a girl's gotta go what she's gotta do mahs....
went to watch shrek last week with my class. on friday. it was a short film though not as nice as the previous shrek 1 & 2. this was still laughable esp that part when gingerbread man poop out a jelly or sth. haha..watch it and you'll noe. after the movie, i saw CARMELITA!!!! my smoochie from cj-judo!!! darn it was like donkey years since i saw her. had a short chat b4 joining my clas. and i oso saw stephanie. my mum's fiend daughter aka childhood friend aka "cousin". before we left for lunch at like 3pm??? we took some pictures.....
