we were being cam whores again with the aid of huishi's camera... :D iIs an addiction, we can't help it. sorry guyssss (for those who cant stand our beeee-you-teee-fool faces)
haha.. it was like 12 when i felt sleepy (time of lecture) i think i got too used to sleeping during lecture that i had to take a nap at 12 every wednesday.. HEEEEEEEE...
after resting at the forum and of course after our tutorials, we left for holland village to:
1. pass time till dinner time comes
2. help my father buy flowers for my mother.. -_-'''
result: MORE PHOTOS!!!!! :D:D:D
Ps: There were lots (N I MEAN I ALOT) of guys queueing to buy flowers at the florist, which was just hilarious to us coz the prices of the flowers were exorbitantly high and most look like they were dying. And we found out that guys just didn't bother choosing, all they did were 'oh that looks presentable, lets just get that!' and just take out that wad of notes and foot watever the flowers costs)...
my father havent paid me backkk.. i think i just lost $20.
haha the exchange of gifts...
~bottles filled with colour coded m&m's are from huishi.~muffins from Ritchell~those tiny packages with cute food from MEEE (sharon)*girl stuff*~ light brown hybrid btween cookie and muffin was from Joy!~measuring tape with our names on it with love hearts from elaine!~
Dinner at Dover hawker... we're eating Tze Char :D and it was cheapp.. 4 dishes and a soup with 6 plates of rice = $34. Plus a $6 taxi fare from Holland V. ($6), we spent only $10 !!!! :)
MY HAUL!!!!!!
oh yes, after dinner, we walked from dover hawker all the way back to holland village that side coz elaine needed to take mrt from buona vista, ritchell and huishi needed to take the 95 bus from there as well and my bus was at holland v as well. i wanted to buy cake for my mama before she starts complaining abt our family not caring abt her again.. so i dragged my poor feet all the way back to holland village (the rest had a much shorter route to go coz their bus stops were nearer) and then iw ent to buy cake from breadtalk. after that i was super tired, i decided to take a cab home. then the taxi stand queue was soooooo long,, it was unbelievable, so i walked down further before the taxi stand until i was outta sight and hailed a cab from there.
The taxi driver was soo funny. As we passed by the taxi stand, he was like," OMG, the queue is so long, y cant these people just take a short walk down and burn those calories to hail a cab just like u did?" and i was like,"erm...they're tired?" haha neway, he was quite friendly and nice. then we started talking la, or rather he was talkative. So he was asking which school i was from, then he told me he did O level 3 times and in the end worked and managed to put himself thru uni in the UK, so now he is like running 2 BUSINESSES; 1 fitness club, 1 consulting stuff. then i was like, then why are u driving a taxi?. He replied," Driving a taxi has no liabilities, the customers are paying for my transportation. I sold my Lexus (!!!!!!) last year and i'm saving about $1600 a mth since then." I was speechless... Neway, did i tell u that this Taxi Driver was a very GOOD LOOKING CAUCASIAN, who grew up in singapore, has a DAMN NICE ACCENT and is VERY INTELLIGENT, not to mention RICH!!!!.. amazing, never met anyone like him before..
Too bad he's married.
